I like the fact that the workouts are scaled to your personal level. The trainers also take into consideration any injuries and will scale the workout for you as well.

I've been training with Vince on Quantico for quite some time. He's a great coach who encourages and provides pinpoint diagnosis to improve form and performance. His enthusiasm is catching and his energy seems endless - well, on most off the WODs. Anyone training with Vince can't help but improve their skills, fitness and self image. I'm sure his box will be a gem for Stafford.
