CrossFit Stafford Calendar



As of 11 October 2010 we offer 8 daily WODs.  

If the WOD isn't full we will add new members along the way at the monthly rate.  

WODs go at the following times:

5AM (open for warm ups)

5:15 AM WOD
5:30 AM WOD
6:00 AM WOD (New) (Beginning 1 Nov, 2010)

9AM (open for warm ups)

9:15 AM WOD
10 AM WOD
10:45 AM WOD

5PM (open for warm ups)

5:15 PM WOD
6 PM WOD
6:30 PM WOD

Only 10 spots available for each time.

You must complete the RAMP-UP session and have a coaches assessment prior to training with us.

Good Gouge (Info)

Our workouts are generally 30 minutes.

Arrive early and warm-up on your own before class begins. 

Workouts will start promptly at the time scheduled. 
(Plan on doing an extra 25 Burpees if you're late) 
 
 

General WOD Schedule  

Monday - Friday Group WODs as listed above:  We are currently not open on Weekends or for Open WODs (but we're working on it!)
