We want to thank everyone who came out for the past two weeks for your hard work, dedication and effort.  We know it hasn't been easy squeezing an extra hour out of your day early in the morning. 

Hopefully by now you know that we're personally committed to your success whether you're a beginner or into advanced CrossFit. When we said we're personally committed - we meant it.  If you stick around you can expect the same level of commitment from us for as long as you stay with CrossFit Stafford.

For the beginners - We believe that it takes approximately 20-30 days to establish a habit (CrossFit being a great habit).   If you stay committed you should start to take notice of changes in your weight, shape, strength, stamina and overall health in 30-60 days.  From 60-120 days, the improvement will come faster and your friends and family will start to notice significant changes.  We will be there everyday to help you stay committed and make those changes.

For the advanced CrossFitters - We said it wouldn't be boring.  The Coach is ready to turn up the heat.  She can easily go 4 1/2 months without repeating a workout.  Bottom line: The workouts are going to get more intense and we are going to be there every step of the way with you helping you reach your goals.

It has been a great two weeks.  Thanks again to everyone who participated!
