For those that missed we reviewed the D/L (deadlift) and did some work
with the PVC pipe and kettlebells.
Two rounds of 6 stations (20 secs per station):
Station one - Wall Ball
Station two - Weighted PVC pipe
Station three - Heavier PVC pipe
Station four - 15 lb KB - KB deadlift
Station five - 20 lb KB - KB deadlift
Station six - 25lb KB - Sumo deadlift
