AMRAP (20 Min)

30 Single Jump ropes

10 push ups

10 sit ups

10 KB thrusters (sub weighted PVC pipe)


Everyone's form is improving and all making good progress. Keep it up! 

Please make sure you are hydrating - you have to drink water! 

For the weekend

Do some stretching and walking that will help with any lactic acid build up.  Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep.
