0530 WOD:

"CINDY" AMRAP in 15 min (modified to the 15 minutes, normally 20 min)
5 Pull...ups
10 pushups
15 Air Squats .

Good attention to detail on squat form.  Remember drive through those heels, chest up and keep working for the depth!
