1 FEB No WOD Monday Morning
No workout at the box tomorrow morning (Monday). Stafford schools are closed.
Athletes - due to weather and school closing tomorrow we will not have our regular 0530 class. Here is your WOD - warm up. WOD For Time: 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 Burpees (chin, chest, hips) Situps (touch mat over your head and touch your feet - use a rolled towel for ab mat)
Routine goes like this -10 burpees 10 situps, 8 burp...ees 8 situps etc... scale to pushups for burpees if injured.
Record your time.
