8 Feb WOD

CrossFit Stafford was closed Monday 8 Feb due to Weather (2 Feet of snow for those that were out of town).

Here is the Monday WOD for you to do at home - concentrate on getting good depth - Chest up and drive off the heals
 
For time:
 

Breathing ladder, 1-10-1

Do 1x squat, take 1 breath
Do 2x squat, take 2 breaths
Do 3x squat, take 3 breaths, etc...
Go up to 10x squats then back down to 1x
Breathe as much as you want during the squats, be strict during rest


For those with a leg injury just do the below instead:

 

100 pushups for time


Keep up the good work, you all should have done plenty of dead lifts shoveling all of that snow!
