Breathing ladder, 1-10-1Do 1x squat, take 1 breathDo 2x squat, take 2 breathsDo 3x squat, take 3 breaths, etc...Go up to 10x squats then back down to 1xBreathe as much as you want during the squats, be strict during rest
For those with a leg injury just do the below instead:
100 pushups for time
Keep up the good work, you all should have done plenty of dead lifts shoveling all of that snow!
