10 Feb WOD (Try this at home!)

WOD for home today:

30 min of:

20 reps of each except for the jump rope:

 
-Supermans (lay on stomach & lift arms & legs up slightly)
 
-Dips (on a chair)

-Flutter kicks (4 count)

-Simulated Wall Ball Cleans

-Simulated push press (use broomstick or weights)

-Sprawls with a 1 -2 punch (burpee minus pushup, stand up tighten abs...
& give 2 good air punches)
 
-50 simulated (quick feet) jump ropes

-No Snow Angels!
