TABATA:
Each exercise is done for 4 minutes (20 secs exercise, 10 secs rest). No rest between exercises. In the above case you'll do the 5 exercises for a total of 25 minutes (20 secs exercise, 10 secs rest).
* High Knees (run in place knees up as high as possible)
* V-sit ups (or any type of situp)
* Air Squats (fight for depth, drive off the heels)
* Mountain Climbers (squat down place hands on ground like a pushup and feet back with legs bent; in an ...alternating fashion bring one knee forward and alternate at a rapid rate. Think of climbing a steep hill)
* Pushups
