0530 WOD:

Tuck jumps /42/30/18
KB Swings /21/15/9

Routine goes like this - complete 42 Tuck Jumps followed by 21 kettle bell swings, then repeat with 30 Tuck Jumps followed by 15 Kettle bell swings etc...
If you don't have a kettle bell but do have dumbells you can use the dumbell in place of the kettle bell. Recommend that you use a weight that challenges you.

0515 WOD:

Finished out the week with another very different and challenging WOD!

Great Job by everyone this week!  The WODs are a huge part, but remember to stick to those diets.
