Each exercise is executed for 1 min - rotate after each minute to the next exercise etc... This will result in exactly 5 min of work (exercise) with one min rest between rounds

Ab mat situps
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDHP)
Box Jumps
Thruster (Bars were set at 30 # Olympic bar, 25# Ultra light, 35 # ultra light and weighted PVC)
Burpees
