Teams of two

AMRAP in 30 min (Modified to 25min) only one athlete works at a time.20 Wall ball shots
30 Box Jumps
40 KBS
50 Ab mat situps
Shuttle run 1/4, 1/2/, 3/4 full length of gym (Athlete that runs does (10/5) pushups each length while the other athlete holds a Plank then switch)
