Combined WOD both Classes
 
21 burpees
20 Box Jumps
19 Wall Balls
18 Pullups
17 Air Squats
16 Push Presses (we can load some bars and have KB also)
15 AB Mat situps
14 KB snatches 7 Each Arm (we'll have to help with this)
13 Dead lifts (load a 95lb and 135lb....and the lighter ones for 5:30 team)
12 Walking Lunges
11 Pushups
10 Double Unders or 30 Single unders
9 Kettle Bell Swings
8 SDLHP with KB
7 KB Thrusters
6 Medicine Ball Cleans
5 Tire Flips
4 Row Situps
3 Knees to Elbows
2 Bear Crawl (width of parking lot (over and back...from pullup bars to grass and back.
1 lap around parking lot
