4-30-10 WOD: "Cleaning out"
"Cleaning out the trailer WOD" (Last WOD at Regester Chapel).


2 separate WODS using all our equipment. Count your rounds for score.
10 min each WOD, 10 reps each:
WOD 1:
- Sledge hammer swings on tire
- wall balls
- Push press (KB or Barbell)
- kettle bell Swings
- Box Jumps
- Knees to Elbows
WOD 2:
- Pullups
- Walking Lunges
- Burpee Long Jump
- Dips (on tailgate or steps)
- Cleans (KB or Barbell)
- Ab mat situps
