4-30-10 WOD: "Cleaning out"

"Cleaning out the trailer WOD"  (Last WOD at Regester Chapel).



2 separate WODS using all our equipment. Count your rounds for score.
10 min each WOD, 10 reps each:
WOD 1:
  • Sledge hammer swings on tire
  • wall balls
  • Push press (KB or Barbell)
  • kettle bell Swings
  • Box Jumps
  • Knees to Elbows
WOD 2:
  • Pullups
  • Walking Lunges
  • Burpee Long Jump
  • Dips (on tailgate or steps)
  • Cleans (KB or Barbell)
  • Ab mat situps
