5-12-2010 WOD: 12 Days of Christmas (In May!)

WOD -12 Days of Christmas:
1 Clean and Jerk,
2 Deadlifts,
3 box jumps,
4 pullups,
5 KBS,
6 wall balls,
7 Dips
8 burpees,
9 lunges,
10 push presses,
11 ab mat situps,
12 front squats.
Perform exercises just like singing the song. 1, then 2,1, then 3,2,1, then 4,3,2,1, etc.

ALT WOD for those that need to scale:
AMRAP in 7 min of: 10 med ball cleans, 10 pushups
