5-13-10 WOD:

10 reps each, AMRAP 30 Min:

200 meter run,
Leg Lifts,
Sumo DeadLift High Pull,
Hang Power Cleans,
Pushup Kickback x3,
Back Ext w/Barbell or PVC pipe,
Lateral Hops over barbell or stacked weights or med ball
(over and back =1 rep)
