Max Rounds in 20 Mins  (Record Rounds)

5 pull ups

10 pushups

15 air squats

Proper form on all exercises is KEY.
Pullup = get your chin OVER the bar and full arm extension when in the hanging position.
Pushups=body should be in good plank position with your chest and nose touching deck
Squats=chest high, good lumbar curve and get that depth!!!!
Proper Form over speed first. Get your form down, then word on speed!
