5-25-2010 WOD:

4 sets

15 burpees,
100m sprint,
15 toes to bar or K2E,
100m sprint, 1
5 twisting push ups or ring pushups,
100m sprint,
15 back extensions(KB or Barbell),
100m sprint
Rest for the same time it took to complete previous set - then repeat until 4 sets complete

Speed is the intent during each set
