Total of 3 rounds: 25-15-25:
Medicine Ball Cleans,
Handstand Pushup (beginner in Pike on floor, next level on box pike as much as possible, next level assisted against wall…),
Leg Lifts,
Each round: 100 Jump Taps (50 each side) (quick and same height is KEY),
Weighted OH weighted walking lunges (distance marked)
