CrossFit Kipping Pull-ups
The Kipping Pull-up is the default pull-up for most people.
Kipping Pull-up keys are:
From a dead hang.
-Push the Chin and Shoulders forward
-Rapidly close the Shoulders rolling the Chin back
-Pull the chin above the bar
-Lean back, push the bar away
-Repeat
