‎8-27-2010 WOD: Team WOD

With a team of 2:

Partners do 2 min at each station alternating work and rest as often as they want (only one person working at a time).

3 rounds, 1 min rest between rounds, record cumulative total for the team at each station:

Wall Balls,
Handstand Push ups,
Box Jumps,
Burpees,
Ab mat situps - med bal...
l toss to partner
