September 2010 RAMP-UP
The next group RAMP-UP class goes Sunday, Sept 26th from Noon-4PM.
The 4 hour group session covers CrossFit fundamentals with our coaches. All athletes new to CrossFit are required to Ramp-up before working out with us. (The only exceptions will be those people already familiar with CrossFit who have a coaches letter/email). The Ramp up session is to ensure that new athletes have a good understanding of, and can complete the CrossFit foundational movements in a safe and effective manner.**
CrossFit Stafford group Ramp-Up classes go once a month and will generally be on the 4th weekend of the month.
If you are thinking about joining us in October, but have no CrossFit experience, you'll need to complete the Ramp-Up before joining.
