‎9-17-2010 WOD:

"Sweet Sixteen"

Minute - 1: do AMRAP ring dips/dips;
Minute - 2: do AMRAP kettlebell swings;
Minute - 3: do AMRAP GHD situps/abmat;
Minute - 4: do AMRAP pullups;
Minute - 5: break 1 minute...
...repeat 4 times.

Scaling will include AbMat situps, box dips, pullup medleys (do pullups to failure then switch to ring rows then to jumping pullups).... RX kettlebells are 53 men / 35 women. Scored like Fight Gone Bad: total up all the reps completed.
