Travel WODs
Just because you are traveling and can't make it to the box to train with us is no excuse for missing a WOD. The below WODs require no equipment. If your Hotel has a small gym, feel free to add some dumbbells to the push-ups and squats! 
THERE IS NO EXCUSE NOT TO TRAIN!
-Tabata push-ups, sit-ups, squats, burpees
(20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest 8x)
-Run 20 minutes stop every 2 minutes and do 10 squats and 10 pushups
-200 air squats for time
-100 pushups, 100 air squats, 100 sit-ups for time
-5 Rounds of 50 step ups or box jumps /10 burpees
-AMRAP 20 Min of 5 Pushups, 10 Sit ups, 15 Squats
-50 Sit ups, 25 tuck jumps, 40 push ups, 25 vertical jumps, 30 squats, 25 burpees
-40-30-20-10 reps of walking lunges and pushups
-5 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 15 squats. each minute on the minute for 20 minutes
-4 rounds for time of 1/2 mile run and 50 squats
-Run 1 mile , 100 pushups, 200 situps, 300 squats, Run 1 mile
-AMRAP in 10 min 3 Burpees, 4 Pushups, 5 Squats
-10 pushups, 10 squats, 200 meter run, 7 rounds
-400 meter run, 20 burpees, 4 rounds
-10 air squats, 10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 dips, 10 rounds
-10 walking lunges, 10 push-ups, 10 rounds.
-100 Burpees for time
