12-24-2010: Christmas Eve Team WOD

 "Team Eva":

Teams of 2 – each athlete runs 400 m (together) then each athlete does 15 reps of KBS & Pullups – one athlete completes wod exercise while the other athlete holds a plank for KBS and does abmat situps during pullups. Both Athletes must complete the exercise before moving to the next exercise.

Five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups
