Standard Warm Up


Tabata: 20 sec work/10 sec rest for 4 min per exercise

  • Pullups
  • Ab Mat Situps
  • Pushups
  • Air Squats
  • Run in place (high knees)
  • Wall Ball Shots

 

***Extra Credit:  50 Double Unders, 4x30 sec Handstand holds
