Partner 1 Partner 2 PULLUPS JUMPING JACKS MED BALL CLEAN INTO WALL BALL PLANK GHD SITUPS/ABMAT SITUPS 60 BURPEES DOUBLE UNDERS OR JUMP ROPE X3 PLANK KBS AIR SQUATS OH WEIGHTED WALKING LUNGES PLANK HAND STAND PUSHUPS RUNNING IN PLACE
AMRAP 20 min of: 20 reps each
You and your partner will be completing 20 reps of each exercise listed on the left....the exercise on the right is being done while the main exercise is being conducted. example: While partner 1 is doing 10 pullups, partner 2 is doing jumping jacks until partner 1 hits 10...then switch til 20 pullups are completed, then move to next exercise.
