• Partners Run 400M together
• 100 Wall Balls
• 200 Med ball pass Ab Mat Sit Ups
• 100 Box Jumps
• Partners Run 400M together
*starting 3 Min into the workout everyone does 3 Burpees
**Extra Credit: 50 Lateral Hops over Barbell with arms overhead, 25 ring dips, 25 jumping pull-ups for time**
