2-4-2011: FRIDAY TEAM WOD

TEAM WOD:  (FINISH THE WEEK STRONG!)

(In teams of two complete the following for time:
(One athlete works the other holds a plank position)

• 100x Wall ball
• 90x Sit-ups
• 80x Air Squats
• 70x Ring dips
• 60x Double unders
• 50x Pull-ups
• 40x Walking lunge steps (both Athletes complete this)
• 30x Push-press (95#/65#)
• 20x Box jumps
• 10x Overhead squats (95#/65#)

***Skill work:
Rope and/or Rower
