Teams of 2 For Time
 (Both Athletes must complete each, one in plank while other works, both run the 200m together):

21, 15, 9

• Thrusters
• Pullups
• 200m Run After Each Round

Extra Credit: 30 burpees, 20 renegade rows (with pushup)
