2-25-2011: Friday Team WOD

CrossFit Stafford Team WOD

(Teams of 5)

This is like "Fight Gone Bad" with different exercises. There's NO REST between exercises until the end of eachround. You rest ONE min, then GO again! Keep count of how many reps you get each exercise (on the rower, it will be how many calories), and at the end of 3 rounds, we tally it up!

Complete 3 rounds/1 min each exercise:
• Row
• KBS
• Med Ball Cleans
• Ab mat situps
• Pull Ups
