3-11-2011 WOD:

Happy Birthday to Alan! 30!

Teams of 2 -- 2 min at each station, 30 sec rest betw exercises
• 10 meter sprints
• Med ball situps
• Wall Ball shots– over the pull up bar
• Push ups
• Box jumps
• Knees to elbows
• 10 meter runs with ammo cans– same as above

***Extra Credit: 30 Burpees for Alan*** 
(March is BURPEE MONTH! AND HE LOVES THEM)
