AMRAP: 20 Min.
Teams of 2:
• 200M. Run
• 10 Tire Flips
• 10 Box Jumps
• 10 KBS
• 10 Pullups
NOTE: Each athlete does the rep, no sharing of reps, runs together. Can NOT continue to next exercise until both athletes have completed the reps.
**Extra Credit: 3x thru: 50 abmat situps, 25 planks (up and down)**
