CrossFit Games Open 11.5 WOD:

Complete as many rounds and reps in 20 minutes of:

145/100 lb Power Clean, 5 reps
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound ball 10'/9' target

**Extra Credit – GHD 20, 20 Back extensions, 20 Double unders**

Skillwork: Pistols (use bands on pullup bars for support)
