5-6-2011: CrossFit Stafford Team WOD

AMRAP: 20 Min. Teams of 2:

• 400m run
• 7 Back squat (#185)
• 10 OH walking lunge (right hand)
• 7 Burpees
• 10 OH walking lunge, (left hand)

Each athlete does the rep, no sharing of reps. Can NOT continue to next exercise until both athletes have completed the reps.

**Extra Credit: 3x thru: 50 abmat situps, 25 planks (up and down)**
