 AMR 15 min of:

Complete 100 Double Unders and 50 push-ups then in the remaining time perform rounds of:

• 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)
• 20 Air Squats

** EXTRA CREDIT: 100 meter row & 30 burpees**

*** SKILL WORK: ring/parallette pushups/ring pullups***
