5-10-2011 WOD:

  AMRAP 20 min/10 reps each of:

• GHD situps
• Parallette or ring pushups
• Double Unders
• Ring pullups
• 200 M run

**EXTRA CREDIT: 2 rounds of: 10 burpees/10 barbell snatch**

***SKILLWORK: Front Squat (know your previous max lift…we are doing %’s again)***
