For time:
• 100 Pull-ups
• 100 Kettlebell swings, 24kg
• 100 Double-unders
• 95 pound Overhead squat, 100 rep

** Extra Credit: 2x thru: 20 GHD Sit Ups, 20 GHD Back Extensions

***SKILLWORK: Push Press

Be advised that this WOD will take a while if you are planning not to scale at all. Have your game plan at the ready when you get to the box....3-2-1 GO.
