AMRAP 15:

• 10 X Burpees
• 15 X Abmat Situps
• 20 X Walking Lunges
• 200 Run

**Extra Credit – 21 Barbell Thrusters, 21 Barbell back extensions

***Skill work – Row – work the settings of the monitor but practice getting the 10 O’clock to 1 O’clock position as well as getting hands in front of the knees before bending the knees – keep the chain from jumping around.
