7-1-2011 WOD: Team "Kelly"
CrossFit Stafford Team WOD "Kelly" – teams of two:
5 RFT:
- Run 400 meters both athletes run together
- 30 Box jump, 24 inch box – 15 reps per athlete working together on one box
- 30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball – 15 reps per athlete one athlete working at a time (alternating WBS is acceptable)
