CrossFit Stafford WOD Schedule
If the WOD isn't full we will add new members along the way at the monthly rate.
As we continue to grow we will consider adding WOD times if we have enough athletes to make it worthwhile for everyone.
Monday-Friday WODs go at the following times:

Approx 10 spots available for each group WOD M-F.
Sat OPEN WODs 9-11AM. (For make-ups and extra credit)
You must complete the CrossFit Stafford RAMP-UP session and/or have a coaches assessment prior to training with us.

Good Gouge (Info)
Our WODs are generally 30 minutes or less.
Arrive early and warm-up on your own before class begins.
Workouts will start promptly at the time scheduled.
(Plan on doing an extra 25 Burpees if you're late)
If a WOD time is currently closed due to crowding ask to be put on a waiting list and we'll move you in when a spot comes open.
Don't see a time convenient for you? Please ASK. If we get enough interest we'll try and start a new WOD time.
