CrossFit Stafford Team WOD "BADGER":

Athletes each do the # of Reps and Run together. 

COMPLETE 3 RFT:
• 95 POUND SQUAT CLEAN, 30 REPS
• 30 PULL-UPS
• RUN 800 METERS

**EXTRA CREDIT: 2 X THRU: 10 TURKISH GETUPS (5 EA. SIDE), 15 MED BALL CLEANS
