• 30 Thrusters (RX 65/95)
• 20 D/U
• 30 PULL-UPS
• 20 D/U
• 30 Med Ball situps
• 20 D/U
• 30 Burpees
• 20 D/U
• Weighted Sled Pull (Distance 100 ft)
• 20 D/U
• Whipping rope 20 reps/athlete
• 20 D/U
• 30 Sledge Hammer tire swings
• 20 D/U
