TEAM MURPH
 
– TEAMS OF 2 RUN TOGETHER – EACH ATHLETE DOES HALF OF THE EXERCISES. ONE ATHLETE WORKS THE OTHER RESTS. DO NOT MOVE ON TO NEXT EXERCISE UNTIL ALL REPS ARE COMPLETED.

• RUN 800 M (BOTH ATHLETES RUN THIS DISTANCE)
• 100X PULL-UPS (SPLIT THE REPS)
• 200X PUSH-UPS (SPLIT THE REPS)
• 300X SQUATS (SPLIT THE REPS)
• RUN 800 M (BOTH ATHLETES RUN THIS DISTANCE)

**EXTRA CREDIT: 500 M ROW
