CrossFit Stafford - TGIF - 2 man Team WOD:

Athletes run together, share reps. Cannot move on to next exercise until ALL reps have been completed. One athlete working at a time. One athlete works while the other athlete is in a plank.

AMRAP 30 Min.:
• 200 M. Run (2gethr)
• 100 M. Farmers Walk with Ammo Cans (2gethr)
• 10 Double Unders
• 20 WBS
• 30 Pullups
• 40 KBS
• 50 AbMat SitUps
