Bear Complex WOD

7 Sets of the following Sequence:

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press


5 Rounds – Work up to your max load

No time component. Once you’ve started, you can rest at anytime, anywhere during the sequence, but the bar cannot rest on the ground.


**EXTRA CREDIT:  3K Row

***SKILLWORK:  Deadlifts
