9-30-2011: Friday Team WOD

CrossFit Stafford Team WOD

For Time:


TEAM  WOD, TEAMS OF TWO -
 ATHLETES CAN PERFORM THE # OF REPS AT THE SAME TIME, BUT CAN NOT SHARE THE REPS. ATHLETES MUST FINISH EACH OF THE EXERCISES PRIOR TO MOVING ON TOTHE NEXT.

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 40 AbMat SitUps
  • 30 Pull Ups
  • 400 M. RUN (Run Together)
  • 100 M. Ammo Can Carry (One @a time from back bay to mailboxes, then the other  carries them back)
  • 50 SDHP’s (option of using KB or B
  • 40 KBS
  • 30 Boxjumps
  • Run together 400 m. each carrying a med ball

***SKILL WORK: YOUR GOAT
