9-30-2011: Friday Team WOD
For Time:
TEAM WOD, TEAMS OF TWO - ATHLETES CAN PERFORM THE # OF REPS AT THE SAME TIME, BUT CAN NOT SHARE THE REPS. ATHLETES MUST FINISH EACH OF THE EXERCISES PRIOR TO MOVING ON TOTHE NEXT.
- 50 Double Unders
- 40 AbMat SitUps
- 30 Pull Ups
- 400 M. RUN (Run Together)
- 100 M. Ammo Can Carry (One @a time from back bay to mailboxes, then the other carries them back)
- 50 SDHP’s (option of using KB or B

- 40 KBS
- 30 Boxjumps
- Run together 400 m. each carrying a med ball
