CrossFit Stafford Group Ramp Up - Dec 4th, 2012
The Ramp Up provides an introduction to CrossFit and is necessary to ensure that all new athletes have a good understanding of, and can complete the CrossFit foundational movements in a safe and effective manner before joining a class.
Each Ramp-Up session covers CrossFit fundamentals under the direct supervision of our coaches.
Although there is no obligation to join a WOD class, it is designed for the someone who wants to train with us during one of our scheduled WOD times. This class will expose new CrossFit athletes (everyone in CrossFit is an athlete) to the fundamentals in a group format. CrossFit foundational movement techniques will be covered, reviewed and corrected by the coaches to ensure each athlete has the correct technique down. Athletes will be introduced to the fundamentals of CrossFit such as scaling and intensity. 
Athletes need to dress in comfortable work out clothes and bring a signed copy of their waiver, a towel, water bottle and good attitude. We will handle the rest.
