11-30-2011: CrossFit Stafford Team WOD "Nuts"

 

TEAMS OF TWO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING WOD FOR TIME.  IN ANY FASHION ATHLETES COMPLETE THE REPS – YOU CAN SPLIT THE REPS JUST COMPLETE THE TOTAL NUMBER.  BOTH ATHLETES RUN – CARRY ONE WEIGHT AND PASS IT OFF THROUGHOUT THE RUN.  TEAMS GET ONE BARBELL, ONE BOX, ONE WALLBALL, AND ONE JUMP ROPE – TEAMS CAN ADJUST THE WEIGHT AS REQUIRED.   ONE ATHLETE WORKS WHILE THE OTHER COMPLETES SIDE STRADDLE HOPS.

o             10 HSPU

o             15 DEADLIFTS (RX M250/W150)

o             25 BOX JUMPS

o             50 PULLUPS

o             100 WBS

o             200 DU

o             400 M RUN WITH WEIGHT (RX M#45PLATE/W#25PLATE)

**EXTRA CREDIT:  25 PUSHUPS, 25 GRASHOPPERS, 25 ABMAT SITUPS
